Registration / Logging In

Technical / Browser Issues
If you're experiencing technical problems, e-mail our Technical Support. Please include the details about the issue, the browser you are using and whether you are on a Mac or PC in the body of your email.
I cant see any courses i have just purchased
If you have just bought a course and you cannot see it in your member portal, try logging out and then back into your account at Property Toolbox. If the problem continues please email Technical Support.
I am having problems viewing flash content
Always make sure you have the latest version. Visit the Adobe site to determine if you’re up-to-date, and if you aren’t, download the most recent update. If you find that Flash is constantly crashing within a browser, make sure to try a reinstall. If it continues to crash, you should consider using a different browser. If you use Internet Explorer, consider alternate options such as Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
